Quote numbering
EZINDRA assigns numbers to new quotes automatically. The number identifies a specific saved quote and stays with it during later edits.
Number format
The format is sequence/month/year, for example “0001/07/2026”. The sequence is numbered within the month and year.
New quote
When a new quote is created, EZINDRA reserves the next available number for the current month.
Editing an existing quote
When you reopen a saved quote from history and save changes, the document keeps its existing quote number.
Identify the document
The quote number appears in history and on documents, so you can use it to search for and identify a specific quote.
