Secure link and Accept / Reject
A secure link lets the recipient open a shared quote without an EZINDRA account, download the PDF and send a decision.
Create a secure link
Open a saved document and choose “Send link”. The link is valid for 24 hours and is tied to the quote version saved when it was shared.
Send the link to the client
Use system sharing or copy the link. The message and public view use the document language.
The recipient opens the document
The client can view the quote without signing in to EZINDRA and download its PDF.
The recipient makes a decision
After confirming “Accept” or “Reject”, the decision is stored for that quote version. The first recorded decision is final.
Check the status and notification
EZINDRA updates the quote status and creates a notification for the sender. If the quote changed after sharing, the recipient should receive a new link.
