Cookie and Device Storage Policy
Information about cookies and similar technologies used by EZINDRA. Effective 2026-08-15.
1. Scope and consent
This policy covers cookies and similar technologies that store or access information on a device when the EZINDRA website or app is used.
Strictly necessary technologies are used, where permitted by applicable law, to provide functionality requested by the user, maintain the security of the service, and store settings necessary for its operation. Optional analytics and Google advertising/conversion measurement are not enabled before the user makes a choice. Refusing optional purposes does not block the core functions of EZINDRA.
2. Necessary technologies
Necessary technologies are used only to the extent required for operation, security and functionality requested by the user.
- Authentication and session (Supabase) — maintains secure sign-in and session refresh. Authentication cookies may remain in the browser for up to 400 days; the underlying session may end earlier through sign-out, revocation or server-side expiry.
- Account-operation security — short-lived EZINDRA cookies used for password recovery, verification of sensitive actions and other temporary security mechanisms; no longer than 30 minutes.
- Preferences and application state — device storage may remember language, appearance, privacy choices and state needed for app operation. Data remains until the setting changes, the app or user removes it, or site data is cleared in the browser; account-scoped browser data is cleared when the user signs out or changes account.
- PWA and offline operation — cached storage may keep static app files and the offline page until they are replaced or removed by the app or browser.
3. Analytics — consent only
After analytics consent, PostHog EU Cloud and Google Analytics 4 may be enabled. These providers may receive technical and usage information within the scope described in the Privacy Policy.
- PostHog EU Cloud — product analytics and diagnostics, including heatmaps and masked session replay. With consent, PostHog may also receive a pseudonymous EZINDRA account identifier used to link analytics events across sessions and support error diagnostics. Analytics identifiers may be stored on the device for up to 365 days unless consent is withdrawn or site data is cleared earlier.
- Google Analytics 4 — measurement of use of EZINDRA's public pages and traffic sources. Analytics identifiers may be stored on the device for up to 2 years, subject to shorter browser-enforced limits.
4. Google advertising and conversion measurement — separate consent
After separate consent, Google may use measurement identifiers and technologies to determine whether an advertising visit led to a selected conversion. This consent does not enable ad personalization or remarketing.
The specific Google measurement cookies and their lifetimes depend on the measurement function used. Google publishes the current advertising and measurement cookie information, including purposes and lifetimes.
5. Managing and withdrawing consent
Users can change or withdraw optional choices at any time through Privacy Settings. When consent is withdrawn, EZINDRA stops the relevant measurement and removes local analytics data to the extent supported by the tools in use. Remaining site data can be removed through browser settings.
Removing necessary technologies may sign the user out, remove saved preferences or limit functionality that requires device storage. Mandatory rights under applicable local law remain unaffected.
