Quotes

Edit a saved quote

Editing uses the items, quantities, prices and Tax values saved with the quote rather than the current price list.

Open “Quote history”

Open “Quote history” and select the quote you want to change.

Choose “Edit quote”

EZINDRA opens the saved quote items together with their original quantities, prices and Tax values.

Save the updated result

After making changes, choose “Save / PDF” to save the updated quote and open its PDF preview.

Choose the appropriate action in the finished document preview.

Quote history and statuses

Find saved documents and check whether a quote is Saved, Sent, Accepted or Rejected.

Create a new quote

Select a client, add items and generate a finished PDF document.
