Key information about the trial, subscription, features, data and using EZINDRA.
Essential information about EZINDRA and setting up an account.
EZINDRA is quote and estimate software for service businesses. It combines clients, a reusable Price list and templates, item/section/whole-quote discounts, branded PDFs, and secure links where a client can accept or reject a specific saved quote version.
EZINDRA is designed primarily for sole traders and small service businesses that want to prepare quotes faster and organise everyday work.
EZINDRA does not stop at calculating a total or producing a file. You reuse clients and your own Price list, work with templates and multi-level discounts, create a branded PDF, share a secure link, and track the quote status and client decision in one place.
Create an account, confirm your email address and complete the basic settings. Then choose monthly or yearly billing and complete the secure Paddle checkout. After you add a payment method, the 7-day free trial starts with full access.
The trial lasts 7 days and starts after the secure Paddle checkout is completed. You are not charged during the first 7 days. After the trial, the selected plan starts automatically unless you cancel beforehand. The exact end date is shown in subscription settings.
Yes. To start the 7-day trial, you need to add a payment method in the secure Paddle checkout. You are not charged when the trial starts; the first payment is collected only after the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.
Billing, renewal and access rules after the trial.
EZINDRA offers one full-featured plan with monthly or yearly billing. A new subscription starts with a 7-day free trial after the Paddle checkout is completed.
The current price is shown on the Pricing page and again before confirmation in the secure Paddle checkout. Price, currency and taxes may depend on the billing country and transaction details.
No. Price and currency may vary by billing country. Changing the country, language or document currency in your EZINDRA profile does not change the subscription price.
Payments are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record, including secure checkout, charges, billing documents and applicable taxes based on transaction details.
Available payment methods are shown directly in the secure Paddle checkout and may depend on country, currency, device and payment-provider availability.
If Paddle reports a failed payment, write access is disabled and the account switches to read-only mode. Open the secure Paddle portal from Subscription and billing to review the payment or update the payment method. Saved data remains available.
Yes. After the 7-day trial, the selected plan starts automatically and then renews according to the selected billing interval until automatic renewal is cancelled.
Open secure subscription management in Paddle from the subscription settings and turn off automatic renewal. If you do this during the trial before it ends, the first payment is not collected. With an active paid subscription, access remains available until the end of the paid period.
Your account and saved data are not automatically deleted. When access expires, the account becomes read-only.
You can view saved data and quote history, delete the record types allowed in read-only mode, and use Data export in Account settings. Creating and editing are blocked; downloading, printing or sharing PDFs from the normal quote preview also requires active write access.
Yes, when the change is available for the current subscription. Choose the plan-change option in subscription management; before confirmation, Paddle shows a summary of the change and any billing adjustment caused by the new billing period.
Cancellation and refund rules are described in the Terms and the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, handles payments and billing documents according to the terms applicable to the transaction.
What the plan includes and how the main tools work.
The plan includes all available EZINDRA features: quotes and PDFs, a client database, custom price list, categories, templates, quote history, device synchronisation, data export and support.
The plan includes up to 20 categories, 200 services, 200 clients and 20 templates. The number of quotes, PDF documents and quote-history entries is unlimited. A single quote can contain up to 200 items.
Up to 200 items. If adding another item or a template would exceed the limit, EZINDRA blocks the operation.

No. The number of saved quotes and generated PDF entries in quote history is unlimited within an active plan.
A quote generated by EZINDRA is not an invoice or tax document. Its use and legal effect depend on applicable law. An “Accept” or “Reject” response through a secure link records the recipient’s decision but is not an electronic signature. The user is responsible for compliance with local law.
Yes. A discount can be applied to an individual item, an entire section or the whole quote. The summary and PDF include the total discount value.
From the quote preview you can create a secure link valid for 24 hours. The recipient does not need an EZINDRA account; they can open the document, download the PDF and, after confirmation, choose “Accept” or “Reject”. The response is not an electronic signature. For an unchanged shared version, the first decision is final; after the quote is edited, the new version can be shared again.
Quote history distinguishes “Saved”, “Sent”, “Accepted” and “Rejected”. The last two statuses come from the recipient’s response through a secure link.
Using EZINDRA on different devices and in multiple languages.
Yes. The EZINDRA interface is adapted for phones, tablets and computers and can be used in a supported web browser.
Yes. On compatible devices and browsers, EZINDRA can be installed as a PWA. Installation availability depends on the browser, operating system and a secure HTTPS connection.

Yes. After signing in to the same account, you can use your data on different devices. Changes are synchronised when connected to the service.
The application and public pages are available in Polish, English, German, French, Italian and Spanish. Application and document language can be set separately; the message and public view of a securely shared quote use the document language.
No. EZINDRA translates interface elements and fixed document labels. User-entered content, including service names and client details, remains unchanged.
