Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Rules for the trial period, subscription cancellation, consumer rights and refunds for transactions handled by Paddle.
1. Trial period and first payment
Where a 7-day free trial is available for an account, it starts after the secure Paddle checkout is completed and a payment method is added. No charge for the selected plan is taken during the trial.
Unless the subscription is cancelled before the trial ends, the selected monthly or annual plan starts when the trial ends. Paddle then charges the plan price together with applicable taxes and any other amounts shown before the Transaction is confirmed, according to the selected billing frequency.
2. Subscription cancellation
A subscription may be cancelled at any time from Subscription and billing using Paddle's secure subscription-management flow. Cancelling before the end of the trial prevents the first paid-plan charge.
For an active paid subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents further automatic renewals and payments. Access remains available until the end of that period. Cancelling a subscription is not the same as withdrawing from a Transaction or requesting a refund.
3. Paddle — Transaction withdrawal and refunds
EZINDRA subscriptions are sold by Paddle as the Merchant of Record and reseller of the Product. Paddle is the contracting party for the purchase Transaction and handles payment, applicable taxes and refunds relating to that Transaction. Use of the EZINDRA service itself is also governed by the EZINDRA Terms of Use.
To exercise an applicable withdrawal right for a Paddle Transaction or request a refund, use Paddle Buyer Support and select “Request refund”. You can also use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in the Transaction confirmation email sent by Paddle.
4. Consumer rights and country-specific rules
Consumer withdrawal, cancellation and refund rights depend on the country and the mandatory law applicable to the particular Transaction. This Policy does not limit those rights. Paddle applies country-specific rules under its current Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.
For example, Paddle's current Refund Policy provides consumers in the European Union, EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom with a 14-day withdrawal right for certain digital content and service contracts. This right applies to the first payment under a Subscription and, where the Subscription includes a free trial, a new 14-day period starts when the trial ends. Different periods, conditions or exceptions may apply in other countries; check the Paddle documents linked above for the current rules applicable to the particular Transaction.
5. Agreement concerning use of EZINDRA
The EZINDRA Terms of Use govern a separate agreement concerning use of the service entered into with the Operator. If mandatory law gives a consumer a right to withdraw from that agreement, an unambiguous notice may be sent to contact@ezindra.com. Withdrawal from that agreement does not replace a refund request to Paddle for a Paddle Transaction.
6. Service non-conformity and complaints
Consumer rights relating to a service that does not conform to the contract remain separate from withdrawal rights. Complaints about the operation of EZINDRA may be sent to contact@ezindra.com. If a technical issue or material defect is not resolved, a refund request relating to the Paddle Transaction may then be submitted to Paddle in accordance with its Refund Policy. Mandatory local consumer rights and response periods continue to apply.
