Quote history and statuses

Quote history stores saved quotes, shows their current status and lets you reopen documents and use the available actions.

Filter the history

Use the “All”, “Saved” and “Sent” tabs, the date filter and search to find a specific quote.

A quote can be “Saved”, “Sent”, “Accepted” or “Rejected”. Decision statuses appear after the recipient responds through a secure link.

Select a quote to open its preview and available actions such as editing, downloading, sharing or deleting.

Edit a saved quote

Open a quote from history and change its saved items.

Download, share and print a PDF

Choose the appropriate action in the finished document preview.

Secure link and Accept / Reject

Send a 24-hour link to a client and receive a decision for a specific saved version of the quote.

Create a new quote

Select a client, add items and generate a finished PDF document.
