Data and security

Export data and delete your account

EZINDRA lets you download a copy of available data before starting permanent account deletion.

Export your data

Open “Account” → “Account settings” → “Download a copy of your data”. EZINDRA prepares a ZIP archive containing account data, clients, the price list, categories, templates, quote history and items, document assets and PDF files of saved quotes.

Check the downloaded files

Open the archive before deleting the account and confirm that it contains everything you want to keep.

Delete the account

Open “Account” → “Account settings” → “Delete account”. Enter the account email address and current password, then choose “Delete account forever”. Permanent deletion cannot be undone.
