Default settings for new quotes
The “Quote details” section contains values used as the starting point for new quotes and documents.
Open “Quote details”
Go to “Account” → “Quote details”.
Set region and currency
Choose the default service country and the currency for new quotes.
Configure tax
Decide whether new quotes include VAT/tax and set the default tax rate. You can later change the rate for a specific quote item.
Set the document language
Choose the language used for new quotes, PDFs and secure links. It is independent of the application-interface language.
Complete payment and document details
Enter the default payment method, document notes and — if you want them shown — bank details such as account number/IBAN, BIC/SWIFT and bank name.
