Create and use quote templates

Templates speed up repeated quotes. A template stores the selected items together with their quantities, prices, units and tax rates.

Open templates

Go to “Price list” and choose “Templates”. You can create, edit or delete your own templates.

Give it a name and select services from the Price list. EZINDRA stores their current values in the template.

On “Quote items”, choose “Templates”, select a template and add it as regular items or as a section with its own name.

After adding the template, you can change quantities, prices, tax, order and discounts normally for that specific quote.

Add a service to the price list

Create a service with a unit, price and tax value.

Create a new quote

Select a client, add items and generate a finished PDF document.

Item, section and whole-quote discounts

Apply discounts to individual items, sections or the whole quote and review the combined discount value.
